Questions about AI house design.

Can AI really design a house?

It can design a house you can inspect and change. Archiagent works on real geometry — storey heights, wall thicknesses, roof pitches — rather than on an image of a house, so the output can be measured and edited instead of only admired. It is a design tool, not a substitute for the architect and engineer who sign off on a building.

Can it do more than one storey?

Yes — multi-storey is the normal case, not a special mode. Slabs, stair openings and floor-to-floor heights are handled as part of the model, and a change on one level is re-checked against the levels above and below it.

Do I need CAD or 3D experience?

No. You describe the house in ordinary language and edit it the same way. Everything runs in the browser — there is nothing to install and no GPU requirement on your side.

What about the roof?

There are 7 roof types with real pitch, overhang and eaves. Ask for hipped instead of gabled and the roof is rebuilt against the same walls, with openings re-placed where the new geometry allows them.

Are these drawings good enough to build from?

They are scaled, dimensioned and consistent, which makes them a serious starting point for a builder or an architect. They are not stamped construction documents — local codes, structure and services still need a qualified professional.

Can I furnish and render the house afterwards?

Yes, and without exporting anything. The same model gets furnished room by room against real clearances, and any view of it can be rendered up to 8K from the same canvas.
